The director of the publication and the person in charge of the editorial staff are Mr Thaddée Mulliez.

Accessing and browsing the www.hbiomed.com website implies full acceptance of the general conditions of use described below.

When the user visits the website or sends an e-mail to SANTE SERVICE using the "contact" shortcut available on the website, he/she acknowledges that he/she has read the general conditions of use and accepts them without restriction.

SANTE SERVICE reserves the right to modify the general terms and conditions of use at any time by publishing a new version on the website. These modifications will come into effect as soon as they are published on the website and will therefore be binding on all Internet users from that moment on.

It is hereby clarified that, in the relationship between SANTE SERVICE and the User, the General Terms and Conditions of Use govern the entire contractual relationship and apply to the exclusion of any other agreement.

The user may contact SANTE SERVICE, using the various forms on the site. The purpose of these contact requests is to

  • A request for contact with SANTE SERVICE's distributors,
  • A request for information on Hbiomed products.

The user expressly agrees that his personal data may be transmitted to the distributor of Hbiomed products operating in his geographical area in order to facilitate contact.

ARTICLE 5 - DATA PROCESSING AND LIBERTIES

As the controller, SANTE SERVICE collects personal data for the purpose of processing contact forms under the conditions defined in Article 4.

The user is hereby informed that his or her registration on the site, as notably referred to in the "contact" article, gives rise, for the company SANTE SERVICE, to the collection and automated processing of personal data concerning him or her, the use of which is subject to the regulations in force, in particular the RGDP and Law no. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to information technology, files and freedoms, amended by Law no. 2019-828 of August 6, 2019 For more information on the processing of personal data, the user is invited to consult the personal data protection policy posted online on the Hbiomed site. By submitting the contact form to SANTE SERVICE, the user accepts the entirety of this policy, which describes the rights of users and the way in which personal data is collected, processed and secured.

This personal data is intended exclusively for SANTE SERVICE and its distributors.

The user will only be contacted by SANTE SERVICE or its distributors using the personal details provided, for SANTE SERVICE's products and services. The user may object to the sending of such messages at any time at the initiative of SANTE SERVICE or its distributors.

SANTE SERVICE only keeps the collected user data for historical or statistical purposes for a maximum of 3 years before it is destroyed.

SANTE SERVICE undertakes to take all necessary precautionary measures to protect this personal data, to preserve its integrity and in particular to prevent it from being distorted, damaged or communicated to unauthorised third parties.

In accordance with the RGDP, the User has the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority. Customers also have the right to access the aforementioned personal data concerning them, the right to rectify it, request its deletion and portability, as well as the right to limit or object to certain of its processing. Each request must be accompanied by proof of identity. A reply will be given within thirty (30) days of receipt.

ARTICLE 6 - ACCESS TO THE SITE

SANTE SERVICE endeavours to provide access to the site 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except in the event of force majeure or an event beyond SANTE SERVICE's control, and subject to any breakdowns and maintenance work necessary for the proper functioning of the site and services.

SANTE SERVICE cannot be held responsible for the impossibility of accessing this website and/or using the services.

Furthermore, SANTE SERVICE may interrupt the website or part of its services at any time without prior notice and without any right to compensation. The User acknowledges and accepts that SANTE SERVICE is not responsible for any interruptions, and for the consequences that may result for the User or any third party.
